Diabetes: Low blood sugar tonight

Once I start going below 80 I'm starting to get into trouble. Divign for glucose tabs or something with sugar. Then I'm wiped out for a few hours. That's why I can't work fulltime and am on SSI.

80 can feel okay if one's normal range of blood sugars ranges between 65 and 90ish, say, and that 80 is stable. But 80 *and falling rapidly* feels baaaaaaad-- not all 80's are created equal.

You're on SSI because your glucose runs low? You're hypoglycemic? Sorry, I can't remember what you've told us in the past about your history.

Yes, if a low is low enough (or crashing down, going lower), it can be physically devastating, very scary, and it can take up to 24 hours to fully recover. Definitely not something one would want to face very often.
