Nutrition Facts for Cinnabon

First, to All you Dads, gram pas, future dads I hope you had a nice Father's Day, Now to my question For most products they give you amount of calories plus how many carbs, for example Nabisco chewy granola bars, 1 bar is 100 calories and 17 carbs plus protien is 2gram etc. Anyone know how the "experts" figure it out (or break it down) The other day my husband picked up one of his weaknesses (A cinnabon) I know from a weight watches view one cinnabon totals there total of intake for almost two days, and for us the only thing healthy is the cinnamon (yeah right) anyway if someone could let me know how they break things down I would appreciate it, if noone knows that be fine too I was just curious have anice day.
