Artichoke Salsa - 13g Carbs, 3g Fiber

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts -- (6.5 ounce) drained and chopped
3 roma (plum) tomatoes -- chopped
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons hopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper -- to taste
Mix together gently. Let sit at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
