Diabetics Food: Malaysian Chili Ginger Sauce
Malaysian Chili Ginger Sauce
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method:
6 red chili peppers -- roughly chopped
1 1/4 inches ginger root -- chopped
4 garlic cloves
10 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons salt
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Blend together the chilies, ginger, garlic and water. Season to taste with the salt, sugar, lime juice and sesame oil. Serves 4 - 6 as a relish for rice.
