Tropical Fruits W Fresh Ginger - 32g Carbs, 3g Fiber, 26g Sugar
1 medium ripe mango, peeled, seed removed, cut in cubes
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 small banana, cut in 1/4-inch slices
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tsp grated gingerroot, or to taste
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix gently, yet thoroughly.
Servings: 4
