How many carbs should I be having a day?
There are no minimum number of carbs required per day. Bernstein recommends eating 30 in a 6/12/12 scheme (breakfast/lunch/ dinner). Eating so few carbs each day IS very effective but difficult to do. Many try to limit themselves to under 100 carbs, mostly from green, leafy veggies. That is also something that you will have to determine for yourself.
