Warm Face and flushed?

Every so often it feel like my face is hot, and it feel hot when I touch it. It doesn't always happen. When it does I have people ask me if I'm ok because they say I look flushed? Does this happen to anyone else?

I have the same thing happen to me, but for me it is an allergic reaction to either something that I ate, drank or something in the air....One of the drugs I take is Hydroxyzine. ...I am constantly itchy,& can break out in "hives"...sometimes it's just my face & neck...they will get fire engine red, itch like crazy at first, then start to burn....other times I will get inch - 4inch welts come up on my body....the Hydroxyzine is for pruitic(?sp) responses of the skin to allergens...it also helps me sleep, and seems to work the same as Benydryl, only with much stronger results... hence the prescription. I do take benydryl daily. I am just getting over a bout of poison oak/shumac. Even though I was on a medrol pack, the stuff is still in my system....and I still have some spots of itching and running...after 4 weeks it does seem to be subsiding.I don't know if this helps, but it might be something to look into. I had to have tests done, and found out that I am allergic to dust, dust mites, mold, mildew, some spring trees, alcohol, msg, ragweed, & some summer flowering & winter trees....
