Diabetes: Lantus

This info is meaningless to you and to what you and your doc decide to do for your own diabetes management, but I take 110 units of Lantus a day, divided into a 55 unit AM injection and a 55 unit PM injection. I'm giving you this info only to show that people are all over the map when it comes to dosage size, due to our greatly-varying individual needs.
