Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup feta cheese -- crumbled
1 can sweet yellow corn -- drained and rinsed
1 can black beans -- drained and rinsed
1 medium sweet onion -- chopped
Combine the first 7 ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with corn chips.
