Diabetics Food: Malaysian Vegetarian Chilli Vinegar Sauce
Malaysian Vegetarian Chilli Vinegar Sauce
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method:
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
3 serrano peppers -- thinly sliced
Combine all the ingredients in a small serving bowl. Let stand 10 minutes so the flavors will marry. This will keep about 1 week, tightly covered, in the refrigerator.
Makes 1/2 cups.
