Diabetics Food: Malaysian Mango Kerabu
Malaysian Mango Kerabu
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method:
1 large mango -- ripe, (1 pound) peeled
4 mint leaves -- roughly chopped
4 cilantro leaves -- roughly chopped
Chili Sauce:
5 red chiles -- roughly chopped
10 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons sugar
10 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Make chili sauce: Blend chlies with water. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Dice the mango and combine iwth mint, cilantro and the cooled Chili Sauce. Serve immediately. Serves 4 - 6 as a relish for rice.
