Prednisone Therapy, Blood in Urine Anyone Else Familiar With this?

Has anyone else gone through this? Charlie horses are so painful, I get them in both legs from calves to toes. The bleeding is not good, I peed in a cup for the dr. and it was all blood, this has been l9 days now. I thought at first just a heavy period, Ive had 6 kids and have fibroids, but this is too long. Ive also been really dizzy and weak. He sent me for a ct scan right away to see if its kidney stones and I should find out soon. I also have Celiac,microscopic colitis,gastritis, ileitis,crohns, and steroid induced diabetes which really gets out of control, levels 300 then crash to 30 in an hour. I stopped taking the insulin and so far Ive only hit 300 once and that was at 3am, it woke me up. If anyone has any thougthts, please let me know. Ive been on prednisone a few years at l5 but 2 months ago I started at 40 and slowly bringing it down by 2.5 each week,I will be off it totally which is good. This steroid therapy really did work too, Im not in the bathroom 20xa day anymore, it really did bring the inflammation down. It makes itmuch easier to function and do things now with my kids, like back to teaching them and spending time with them and not the bathroom walls! Now if I can get this bleeding under control, all will be pretty good! Thanks everyone for helping me.
