Lately my blood sugar has been averaging about 180. So I took a fairly hard line to it recently. Let's see what it is this second.189. On the other hand, maybe I forgot to take a metformin and glyburides earlier in the afternoon: (Anyways, the last few days, I've spent almost all the time sleeping). When I tried exercising a little, seems like I couldn't sleep well afterwards for a few days! Tomorrow morning, maybe 5am or so, I intend to exercise about 8 minutes hard. Hard means I exercycle as much as I can for 1 minute, ease off the next then repeat the cycle for 4 times total. I'd love to lose weight and I know I can't do it sleeping like this. Any notions at all? One:I'm supposed to use a cpap machine at night. It was uncomfortable so I stopped using it. I'll begin tonight. Beyond that, I'm out of ideas. Seriously folks, best wishes all.
My SIL uses a CPAP, the first couple of weeks it was very difficult. He didn't think he would be able to get used to it. But then he persisted, and finally he can't sleep without it. He wakes up so refreshed. He used to sleep every time he sat down
In fact, he crashed a car because he fell asleep. that's when he realized he had to do something, hence the machine. So I think your sleeping all the time maybe due to the fact that you are not sleeping at night. Persistence is your friend, Mike. As uncomfortable as it may be, if you need that machine to get a good night's sleep, you need to persist with it. JMHO. I'm guessing that those high numbers may also be a result of lack of nighttime sleep. Don't know, but when I don't sleep well, I'm all off in every way. And try to figure a way not to forget your meds, I know I'm my husband's reminder, lol.
