Dried Fig-Mint Relish - Middle Eastern

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method:
1/2 cup finely chopped dried figs
1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh mint
juice of 1 large lemon
1 tablespoon honey
salt and freshly ground pepper -- to taste

Combine figs, mint, lemon juice, honey and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside. Yields 3/4 cup.
